Terms of Service

Service

Check Am provides automated research assistance about claims, media provenance and public online information (online verification and media provenance are not available yet). Outputs are informational and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Results are not forensic certification, a guarantee of truth, professional advice, or an endorsement/accusation of any person or organization. Review linked original sources before acting on high-impact information.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Use the service lawfully; do not submit material you have no right to share; do not use the service to harass, defame, expose private information, doxx, deceive, distribute illegal media, abuse children, evade platform limits, probe security, automate bulk submissions or develop surveillance/profiling products.

Your submissions

You retain rights in content you own. You grant Check Am a limited permission to host, transform and analyze what you submit solely to deliver and secure the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive third-party content without an appropriate legal basis.

Reports and sharing

Private reports are accessible only using their intended access controls. You are responsible for any voluntary public sharing (not available yet). Public reports may be redacted, corrected, unpublished or removed to protect safety, legal rights and accuracy. We may refuse dangerous or unsupported public publication.

External links and systems

We may retrieve or refer to public third-party sources but do not control their reliability or availability. Telegram/WhatsApp and other platforms have their own terms. A channel outage does not imply Check Am has verified or rejected a claim.

Usage limits and suspension

Fair-use caps may apply; we may restrict abusive or malicious traffic, suspend accounts and remove harmful public reports after review (accounts and public reports are not available yet).

Intellectual property

Check Am retains its software, branding and platform rights; source authors retain their material. Cite original publishers when reusing their work; a Check Am result does not transfer a source's license.

Corrections and disputes

Submit suspected inaccuracies, copyright/privacy complaints or appeals to ceo@shinzii.tech. We will review material issues under our published corrections policy. Do not use report text as a substitute for independent investigation when making allegations.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is supplied on an “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability, governing law, dispute forum and refund/payment terms must be inserted only after legal review and when appropriate for the actual company and commercial offering.

Changes, termination and contact

We may improve or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where possible. Users may request account/data deletion subject to law. Contact ceo@shinzii.tech.
